The BiBF’s internal regulations are bound by the Constitution of the IBU and the IBU Integrity Code. Every member, coach, athlete, and official adheres to the following core principles:
· Non-Discrimination: No discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or political opinion and combating of demonstrations of any forms of discrimination and violence in sport;
· Humanitarian adherance: Aligning with humanitarian principles, anti-war commitment, non-participation in propaganda and complicity, promotion of safe sport in accordance with the country’s legislation;
· Sovereignty: The BiBF manages biathlon in Belarus independently, but always in compliance with IBU statutes.
